Love that saying! It's so true. Spent the day with my New Yorker friend. She spent the morning crying her eyes out. We can not really fathom the unbelievable fear, panic, pain and grief the people of that city endured. It's just still so hard to believe.
Just a girl simply enjoying celebrating an artful life and feeling so truly Blessed to be able to combine my love for art and design with my deep love for my family!
Also, a very "city girl" becoming a very "country girl" over the next several months- which I'm quite certain will provide even more simple joys to celebrate and loads of creative inspiration!
Welcome to "a pocket full of posies!"
How true this is, dear friend! We must remember... Lori
ReplyDeleteI so agree. People are so quick to forget, I think. Thanks for the reminder... I tried to do the same on my blog, too. Blessings...
