My husband and boys giving the yard a "spring cleaning" for me this morning was so beautiful!
ReplyDeleteI just love this magazine. It's one of my all time favorites. I can't believe I haven't got a subscription yet - but every time I have a little extra money I always think I'll get it...and somehow never do! Shame on me.
ReplyDeleteThe bright blue sky and a day full of possibilities is my defintion of beautiful. Today.
What a great looking giveaway!
ReplyDeleteI would say something beautiful is new life, baby bunnies, flowers poking through the ground in the spring, leaves and blossoms popping out on trees and shrubs! I'm so excited for spring!
Right now, I am all about neat and clean and anything with a splash of turquoise! I guess that's because spring is almost here.
ReplyDeleteI would love to be inspired by this magazine. Thanks for the chance! :)

ReplyDeleteI love watching the seasons change. Thats what I find beautiful. Right now I love when the sun comes out, and everything seems to be wakeing up from a long winters nap!
BTW I'd love your advice on my project! You can check it out on my blog!
Thanks in advance!
How pretty! My "something beautiful" isn't something I see, but rather hear. Last night, we were driving home from a distant hospital where my husband's grandmother is recovering, and I could tell my man was feeling down. I put in some Hillsong praise, and from the backseat, I could hear both of my children softly singing. It wasn't long before my entire family was singing along. It was a truly beautiful moment and I wish I could have bottled it up somehow, and remembered that moment forever.
ReplyDeleteyippee! this is a fabulously fun giveaway! thanks a bunch. a beautiful thing: when you catch your very first glimpse of your child. it's breathtaking and miraculous!

ReplyDeleteWhat a great giveaway! I love your blog too. I just found it through Lemonade Makin' Mama:) Right now, my eye has been very drawn to anything to do with lace:) I just love lace. Lace on clothes, lace on hats, lace bedding, lace curtains... Is there anything more feminine and pretty?
ReplyDeleteI find the Book of Ruth to be beautiful!
ReplyDeleteThe most beautiful thing in the world are my 2 darling girls! (especially when they are holding hands and getting along)!!!
ReplyDeleteI find a lot of things beautiful but here are two just off the top of my head:
ReplyDelete1. The Sky: It's comforting in the way that you always know you're looking up at the same sky from everywhere in the world but it's always changing, too. Just today it was the perfect light blue colour with clouds lazily strewn across the edges. It was especially gorgeous when the sun started to set and bled into the cloud and caused them to melt from red to orange to purple . . .
2. Smiles: Whenever someone smiles, I smile. I mean, how can you NOT smile? Something beautiful is occurring, something reserved for you to see with your own eyes. I'm smiling just thinking about it! :)
THANK-YOU FOR THE CONTEST!! :D
(Are you smiling???)
I think the color lime green is beautiful. It cheers me in furniture, candles, clothes, stationary etc.
ReplyDeleteThe sound of my kids playing and laughing together when they think no one is listening. That's beautiful.
ReplyDeleteHow fun! "Beautiful" is the morning dew on my lawn!

ReplyDeleteMy daughter's eyes...they are captivating...they twinkle and sparkle and dance...they radiate love and does her great big heart!

Jill,
ReplyDeleteThat looks like a wonderful magazine, and how very sweet of you to offer a subscription.
What do I find beautiful?
That could take a week to tell, so I will list a few only.
A walk in the woods, near a peaceful stream, with my Lord at my side.
The laugh of my grandchildren, and the excitement when they see us coming.
The smile on my husbands face, and his warm welcome home.
A quiet night with stars in the sky.
A deep breath, a long sigh, that brings rest to my soul.
A hand that reaches out for help.
Thank you.
Listing beautiful things is a wonderful reminder of the good things in our life here.

Home is beautiful after a long trip and that magazine looks beautiful to me. I love it when, at the end of the day, I can sit on the couch open a new mag. and look through it's pages while watching tv with my man.
