A "berry" good problem...

lots and lots of strawberries...

beautiful fresh strawberries...
courtesy of the Prince's football fundraiser!

we have enjoyed sharing them with friends and neighbors...

cooking every recipe we can find using strawberries...
but we STILL have hundreds of strawberries!!!

I'd just love to know your recipes and ideas to help us
with this "berry" good problem!

Oh, please do share!

Happy Monday!
Many Blessings!

  1. The strawberries are so pretty! I had this dip with strawberries the other night and it was so good:

    1 c. vanilla yogurt
    2 tbsp. honey
    1 tbsp. lime juice
    grated zest of 1 lime.

mix well, cover, refrig over night. serve with fresh fruit.

  2. Here's another strawberry dip that is just delicous!

1 3-ounce pkg cream cheese, softened
    1 small jar marshmallow cream

Mix VERY WELL! I use the mixer because it's just too gunky to do by hand.

If you want, you can add a drop or two of your favorite food coloring, but it's not necessary. And I like to just slice up a bowl of strawberries and drizzle the dip over the top. Divine!

  3. ohhh how yummm yumm.. yummmy these look! I am salivating!

I love them on top of cheese cake and angel food cake.. but mostly I loev them plain. I could eat a carton of strawberrys and no time flat!

  4. Yummo! I just had a bowl of fresh strawberries last night. I was wishing I had a little whipped cream to top them off. but they were wonderful.

  5. Yum, we love strawberries! Are favorite is actually a house salad from an Italian Restaurant...

Mix 1/2 cup strawberries, 1/4 Cup Walnuts, 1/2 Cup Feta cheese, Chopped Green Leaf Lettuce, and 1/2 Cup Spinach. Top with Raspberry Walnut Dressing and enjoy. :)

  6. Melt some (dark;) chocolate chips in microwave, stir, dip dry strawberries in melted chocolate, place on cookie sheet to harden in cool place---ENJOY! and share with your chocolatholic friends!

  7. Sorry, I got nothin. but they sure do look good and beautiful.

  8. While I am allergic to strawberries I do know that they make a good thickening agent for smoothies. My siblings would have them a lot and used this as the thickener.

  9. why dont you make jam - its very easy...just google it and some easy recipes appear!
