  1. The strawberries are so pretty! I had this dip with strawberries the other night and it was so good:

    1 c. vanilla yogurt
    2 tbsp. honey
    1 tbsp. lime juice
    grated zest of 1 lime.

mix well, cover, refrig over night. serve with fresh fruit.

  2. Here's another strawberry dip that is just delicous!

1 3-ounce pkg cream cheese, softened
    1 small jar marshmallow cream

Mix VERY WELL! I use the mixer because it's just too gunky to do by hand.

If you want, you can add a drop or two of your favorite food coloring, but it's not necessary. And I like to just slice up a bowl of strawberries and drizzle the dip over the top. Divine!

  8. While I am allergic to strawberries I do know that they make a good thickening agent for smoothies. My siblings would have them a lot and used this as the thickener.
